Yes! We understand that you might want to keep your purchases hidden from family or housemates, that is why every purchase is sent in plain packaging without any indication of what's inside. Your friends and family will be none the wiser!

Does Femboy Fatale ship to my country?

Femboy Fatale ships to a wide variety of countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. You can find out if we ship to your country by going to checkout and checking if your country is on the list of eligible shipping locations. Please contact us as support@femboyfatale.com if you have any issues.

I entered the wrong shipping address

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@femboyfatale.com, or by using our chat with us botton.

We typically fulfill orders within 24 hours of payment, and changes to your address after this point may be too late. We are not at fault if we have been provided the wrong address and your order has already been sent out, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

Please double check your address and contact information before submitting payment for your orders.

Notice to German Customers

Some of our suppliers do not ship their products to Germany due to strict their strict import taxes/laws. If one of the items in your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and refund you for the items which we can't send.

How much does shipping cost?

Customers can enjoy 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders. However, customers are liable to pay import duties if their order value is above the threshold for their country.

Be Advised - Import Duties

For orders above a certain value, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any potential fees before placing your order.

At this point in time, if you order exceeds the threshold for the import duties in your country, you will be charged once it arrives in your country, not while you are ordering from our website.

How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Due to shipping delays, most of our items will take 10-20 business days before they arrive at your door.

However, Femboy Fatale Originals are sent with Free Express Shipping and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Also note that some orders with a variety of items may have their items shipped separately, and may arrive in multiple packages.

I only received part of my order? Where is the rest?

We source our products from multiple suppliers, so your order may come in parts. Please rest assured that you will receive everything you ordered.
